Michael received his bachelor's degree in business, with an emphasis in marketing, from Loyola Marymount University and his Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law. Demman is also Vice President and Corporate Counsel for Private Practice Associates, a leading practice management group purchasing organization. Prior to joining SimplyWell, Michael practiced law primarily in the areas of commercial and civil litigation, with an emphasis in the insurance industry.

With this background, Jennifer brings a unique understanding of the challenges facing employers, payors and consultants in managing risk and designing effective programs. In addition to her executive post, Jennifer holds a Master of Science degree in Nutrition and worked for several years as a clinical dietitian specializing in education for diabetic and cardiac rehabilitation patients. Jennifer holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation through the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

She has led employers through the evolution of group health products, working with HMO products, PPO products, fully insured and self insured funding, ancillary products, and Consumer Driven Healthcare. Nina currently is the past President of Nebraska Association of Health Underwriters and past President of Omaha Association of Health Underwriters Board of Directors.

As a student-athlete, Stacie excelled in the classroom as well as on the UNO Women's Volleyball Team. Stacie, who was on the dean's list throughout college, graduated cum laude. A NCAA Division II Volleyball Academic Team Honor Student, Stacie also was named NCC All-Academic in 2006 and served as captain for the volleyball team the same year. Stacie's team spirit and passion for health and wellness will be assets in her new role as a Business Development Specialist at SimplyWell.
