SimplyWell offers corporations and health care providers clinically-based objective health administration for their outcomes-based wellness program. Clients who want to reward patient or employee participants for maintaining or improving their health can do so through SimplyWell's Health Score feature. A participant Health Score is generated from seven objective clinical metrics obtained during the patient or employee participant's health screening.

Each of the seven areas is assigned a point value based on the health risk level according to a scoring chart. If measuring nicotine use is part of a client's health strategy, SimplyWell's Nicotine Health Score can also be administered. The possible Health Score range for patient and employee participants is 45 to 100 points, whereby a higher score signifies better health. This Health Score tool enables clients to measure population health improvement or change over time and enables participants to measure their individual health improvement or change over time.
